Construction Phase Contract Administration Duties
During construction, ONFORM administers the contract in line with its requirements, including:
Issuing Instructions – Preparing and issuing formal CA Instructions as required.
Certifying Payments – Reviewing contractor valuations, assessing work completed, and issuing Interim Payment Certificates.
Variation Management – Evaluating changes, pricing variations, and ensuring proper approval before instruction.
Extensions of Time & Delays – Reviewing and certifying contractor applications for extensions of time and loss and expense claims ensuring compliance with contract conditions.
Quality & Compliance Monitoring – Ensuring works meet specification, Building Regulations, and warranty provider requirements.
Chairing Meetings & Reporting – Leading progress meetings and providing transparent updates to the client.
Practical Completion & Handover – Certifying Practical Completion, managing snagging, and issuing Final Certificates.
